Richmond, Indiana made the 2014 Top Ten Least Expensive List for Urban Areas. The list  is a culmination of three quarters of cost of living data collected throughout the year. Richmond ranked 8th on the Least Expensive list in the first quarter and 5th in the third quarter. Richmond ranked 7th on the year-end list.
