Housing Accelerator Program

The Housing Accelerator Program (HAP) was created in partnership with Wayne County and the EDC of Wayne County for the purpose of making grants available to support housing infrastructure projects in existing, unfinished, platted subdivisions. Preference will go to residential housing developments in communities that demonstrate a need for additional housing inventory. The program will be administered by the EDC. Read about program details here. Contact Sarah Mitchell, Economic Development Manager, at sarah@whywaynecounty.com with questions and to request a grant application.
